Imagine you have each end of a rubber band in your hands.
Pull your hands apart and the elastic stretches.
Let go of one end and the rubber band bounces back to its original size. That is resilience.
Resilience means that whatever bad times you go through you can bounce back again and be yourself.
It is never giving up even when things get tough and trying even if you’re not sure you’ll succeed.
